The Samiti is working under directions and active support of Mr.A.K. Singh Managing Director for empowerment of youth & women improvement of weaker, SC/ST, Help Less, Depressed, & victimized people. Mr.A.K.Singh an active member of the samiti is mainly working for the welfare weaker section of the society .The samiti is also working for awareness of the govt. policy and help to poor people of the society. Samiti is also working for clean India mission. Manav Kalyan Sewa Samiti, an NGO for poor child education, Livelihood creation, training and capacity building for a pro-poor deprived section of the society and an NGO in India directly benefitting over 2000 families, formed 57 SHGS, developed cluster of over 1000 artisans through various projects of, ministry of textiles, Rural development, Minority Affairs and also women empowerment, in over 1000 remote villages and slums of UP in India.

Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: the means because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one's awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behavior to understanding one's rights – and in the process help him/her evolve as a better citizen.

Doubtless, education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation. But child education cannot be done in isolation. A child will go to school only if the family, particularly the mother, is assured of healthcare and empowered. Moreover, when an elder sibling is relevantly skilled to be employable and begins earning, the journey of empowerment continues beyond the present generation.
